  1.     End User License Agreement for Any Password

  3. IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY:
  4. This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement
  5. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and THE
  6. AUTHOR for the software product identified above, which
  7. includes computer software and may include online or
  8. electronic documentation (SOFTWARE PRODUCT or SOFTWARE). By
  9. installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  10. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do
  11. not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not
  12. authorized to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  14. Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well
  15. as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the
  16. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  17.  
  18. GRANT OF LICENSE
  19. If you are licensing the SOFTWARE as an individual or 
  20. not-for-profit charitable entity (as set forth in U.S.C.,
  21. Title 26, Section 501 (c)(3)(excluding governmental entities and 
  22. educational institutions)) only, your license will be free to 
  23. you and you may: (i) install and use the SOFTWARE on a single
  24. computer for your personal, internal use and in no event for the
  25. benefit of a company, for-profit entity, governmental entity, or
  26. educational institution; and (ii) copy the SOFTWARE for back-up
  27. or archival purposes.

  29. If you are licensing the SOFTWARE on behalf of a for-profit 
  30. entity, governmental entity, or educational institution, your 
  31. license will be free for an introductory thirty (30) day period 
  32. and, should you elect to purchase the full license, will 
  33. continue perpetually. During the introductory period, or the 
  34. full license term, if you elect to purchase it, you may: 
  35. (i) install and use the SOFTWARE for your internal use on the 
  36. number of computers for which you have paid license fees; and 
  37. (ii) copy the SOFTWARE for back-up or archival purposes.
  38.  
  39. This SOFTWARE may be distributed as long as it is not sold,
  40. and all original files are included, including this license.
  41.  
  42. RESTRICTIONS
  43. You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the
  44. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  45.  
  46. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  47.  
  48. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
  49. SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such
  50. activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
  51. notwithstanding this limitation.
  52.  
  53. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of
  54. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  55.  
  56. TERMINATION
  57. THE AUTHOR may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with
  58. the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must
  59. destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  60.  
  61. COPYRIGHT.
  62. All title and copyrights and intellectual property rights in
  63. and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned
  64. by THE AUTHOR.
  65.  
  66. NO WARRANTY.
  67. ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE
  68. MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR
  69. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR
  70. IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  71. OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
  72. NONINFRINGEMENT.

  74. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO
  75. EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
  76. INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING,
  77. WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS,
  78. BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY
  79. OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY
  80. TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN
  81. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME
  82. JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
  83. LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE
  84. LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
